The Highland Chamber Orchestra aims to provide appealing and affordable concerts with a wide-ranging repertoire, as a contribution to the overall musical life of the Highlands.
In addition to performing concerts in Inverness, the orchestra serves those outlying areas which do not regularly benefit from live classical performances.
As well as providing a much-needed platform for local musicians, the Highland Chamber Orchestra also forms a crucial progression from the Highland Region Youth Orchestra for talented local players.
